We Don’t Need Oil And We Never Did

We need oil to run our cars, right? Wrong. Not only don’t we need oil to run our cars, buses and trucks, we NEVER needed it.Here’s how the oil companies scammed us into accepting their toxic products and becoming dependent on them.

Please watch these video’s. http://brasschecktv.com/page/422.html

1) quite certainly oil comps. are scamming us (as much as they can and some)

2) global production of
sugar (1999) … 130 Mt
corn (1999) … 600 Mt
all cereals (1999) …2060 Mt
global consumption of oil (1997) … 4200 Mt coal-equivalent

FYI – Medical Advice (This was a Hoax, but it makes sense to me)

I have lost a few people in my life time from cancer. I do not know what I would do if I was told I had cancer. I would hope to think that I would have the courage to do alternative instead of poisoning my body with a treatment that will kill all my good organs and possibly destroy my immune system. If Suzanne Somers can do it so could I. If you have a chance to get her new book, please do. She is a walking miracle and No’s her beans when it comes to curring cancer. I got this in an email from a friend. Then a little while later I was told that snopes said it is bogus. Actually allot of it makes sense to me so I am sharing it with you. I believe there is alot of truth to this. I will let you decide.

Johns Hopkins Update – Very Good Article

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY

IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY (‘TRY’, BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins :

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer

cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have

multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients

that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after

treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the

cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable

    size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a

    person’s lifetime.

3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer

cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and

    forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has

nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic,

but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing

diet to eat more adequately and healthy, 4-5 times/day

and by including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing

cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells

in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can

cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7.. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars

and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often

reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of

chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor

    destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from

chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either

compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb

to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to

mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy.

Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other

      sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer

cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made

with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute

would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small

amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in

color Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the

gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting

off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer

    cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based

diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other meat,

like chicken. Meat also contains livestock

antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all

harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole

grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into

an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked

food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live

enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to

cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance

growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building

healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most

vegetables including be an sprouts) and eat some raw

vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at

    temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)..

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high

caffeine Green tea is a better alternative e and has cancer

fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or

filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap

water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of

digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the

intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic

      buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By

refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes

to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the

body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system

      (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals,

EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy

cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known

to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body’s

normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or

      unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit.

A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior

be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put

the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to

have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy

     life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated

environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to

get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen

therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer

      cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro

2. No water bottles in freezer

3. No plastic wrap in microwave..

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Please share this with your whole email list…………………….

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

5 Easy Ways To Eat More Fruit And Veggies

I am for ever trying to eat lot’s of fruits and veggies every day. We try to keep an ample supply in the fridge at all times. Now that we have Earth Fare, we buy our fresh fruits and veggies there because they are organic and they don’t have harmful pesticides in them. We can eat much more confident that our food isn’t trying to poison us or make us gain more weight. It’s important to always look for fruits and veggies that are raised organic. It’s amazing how much unhealthy crap our government allows in our food. If we don’t watch out for ourselves no one else will. We need to take hold of our lives.

Here are five easy ways to eat more fruit and veggies:

Add fresh veggies or fruit to salads to increase its nutrient content. Broccoli, fresh spinach, sugar snap peas, beans, or corn all make great salad toppings. One of my favorite things to add to mixed greens is fresh fruit. Depending on the season I add mandarins, tangerines, apples, oranges, strawberries, and grapes and I always include raisins and almonds (although not fresh produce they are yummy and give added crunch to your salad). The sweetness of the fruit offsets the flavor of the vinaigrette and the greens.

Don’t limit adding vegetables to just your green salads, fresh veggies like broccoli, snap peas, and tomatoes make a great additions to pasta salad.

Make pasta primavera (pasta with fresh vegetables), as an alternative to traditional spaghetti sauces. Any kind of vegetable will work, but most people try to use firm, crisp vegetables like carrots, peas, bell peppers, and broccoli along with tomatoes. Pasta primavera is usually served with aromatic herbs and the sauce is usually made of garlic, parsley and olive oil, finished with Parmesan cheese.

Or, if you want to stick with the traditional spaghetti sauce, add onions, mushrooms or bell peppers to it.

Eat more fruits and vegetables for snacks. Instead of having chips and dip, try fresh cut veggies like celery, carrots, or tomatoes, without dip or with a low-calorie dip or hummus. Peanut butter on celery or apples makes a great afternoon snack because it gives you a little pick-me-up.

Add more vegetables to the things you already make. For example, add veggies, such as corn or green beans to a can of soup. Or, when you prepare dinner meals like casseroles, pasta dishes and soups, double the veggies and reduce the amount of meat.

If you eat dessert all the time, take advantage of summer fruit and eat that instead, or as part of dessert. One of my favorite desserts during strawberry season is to top angel food cake with fresh strawberries and strawberry glaze or jelly. If I am really feeling indulgent, I add whipped cream.

Other dessert ideas include freezing chunks of bananas, strawberries, or other fruits and mix them in a blender with orange juice for a nice cool dessert. You can try different combinations of fruits and juices, and for a different taste, add nonfat yogurt. Another idea is to serve chunks of fruit with vanilla yogurt or low-fat vanilla pudding to make a parfait.

Worrying About What Is Going On Around Us Is Driving Me Crazy

There was a time when I didn’t listen to the news and was oblivious to what was going on around me. It seems now that I am aware, I do nothing but worry about our planet, government and everything else. I think I was better off not knowing what is happening. I seemed to be a happier when I wasn’t aware of all these things. I am hoping to live out what is left of my life, loving my partner, animals and my family. Loving God for what he has given us. If you look around not knowing what is happening in the Gulf and our government, life seems pretty good. The way I am feeling now is total helplessness.

There are groups of people who think they are going to take our government back by using violence. There is so much unsettlement that it is hard to fathom. I need to study this site and learn to quite worrying about things I cannot do anything about. I need to send them love and good energy. At noon each day a group of people around the world pray for our earth. If you can think to do this, good thoughts and prayers of healing will be great. Things can be accomplished  if everyone gets together. Send this blog to people you know and ask them to help with the healing of our planet.

I have run across an article about Life After Worry. My partner emailed it to me. I am hoping that reading it, it will give you some peace. It gave me some.

8 Reasons to Drink Coffee

I don’t know about you, but I need my coffee. Especially in the morning to wake up. I have acid reflux and have read that coffee is the one thing I need to stay away from. Or should I say caffeine. It’s almost worth the pain to drink it in the morning. Here are 8 reasons to drink coffee. As you will see coffee in most cases is not the thing to avoid.

1. Caffeine has a positive effect on cognition, memory performance, and the ability to complete complex tasks.

2. An inverse association between regular caffeine consumption and the incidence of Parkinson’s disease was found–in other words, caffeine looks to be protective against Parkinson’s disease.

3 . The consumption of moderate amounts of caffeine was seen to decrease the cognitive decline associated with aging, as well as the incidence of Alzheimer’s disease.

4. Caffeine prevented motor deficits, normalized brain function, and prevented brain degeneration.

Other studies have shown:

5. Caffeine improves a sense of well-being, happiness, energy, alertness and sociability.

6. Caffeine  enhances aerobic endurance.

7. Consumption of coffee can lead to a decreased risk of Type 2 diabetes.

8. Coffee has a whopping amount of antioxidants–on average, Americans receive 1,299 milligrams of antioxidants  from their 1.64 cups of daily coffee. The closest competitor was tea at 294 milligrams. Rounding out the top five sources were bananas, 76 milligrams; dry beans, 72 milligrams; and corn, 48 milligrams.

Next: Coffee cons? And how to make it green.

Concerns about coffee?
Some of the concerns about coffee include heart disease hypertension, cancer, and leaching of calcium. A New York Times’ article in 2008 debunked many of these myths and found this: an analysis of 10 studies of more than 400,000 people found no increase in heart disease among daily coffee drinkers, whether their coffee came with caffeine or not. A study of 155,000 nurses, women who drank coffee with or without caffeine for a decade were no more likely to develop hypertension than non-coffee drinkers. An international review of 66 studies last year, scientists found coffee drinking had little if any effect on the risk of developing pancreatic or kidney cancer. Coffee and tea drinkers who consume the currently recommended amount of calcium need not worry about caffeine’s effect on their bones. (And of course, if you have concerns about coffee,  be sure to check with your doctor.)

How to Brew the Greatest Greenest Cup
Coffee enthusiasts swear by the press pot, aka the French Press, popularized in the United States by Bodum. Press pot brewing retains more of coffee’s flavor and essential oils that might otherwise be filtered out by a paper filter. In terms of energy efficiency, the manual press pot requires only the energy to heat the water (an electric kettle is most efficient). Americans spend $400 million annually on electricity for their coffeemakers–press pots, virtually nothing. For a detailed tutorial on how to brew the best press pot coffee, let the The Coffee Geek show you how.

When selecting your coffee, opt for Fair Trade, organic, or shade grown–coffees farmed with these farmer and planet-friendly systems are becoming increasingly available in the mainstream marketplace.

3 Great Reasons to Choose Chicken

This is a picture of a free chicken coop. This is how chickens should be raised. There is much more nutrition in free raised chickens than the horrible mass growers they use today.

If you are like me, I try to avoid chicken and beef at fast food restaurants. I saw a documentary on how these poor animals are treated. There for it turns my stomach to think about going through a fast food line. When you get a chance, you should watch Food’s Inc. Check this out. It will really make you think before you purchase your meats. http://www.foodincmovie.com/. Now unless it says organic and no antibiotics and free raised, I won’t buy meat. I am serious. You really should check this out. You won’t believe it.  I’m getting a little carried away. This article is telling you some of the benefits you have eating chicken.

1. Chicken gives your skin a glow. Chicken is a great source of coenzyme Q10, which assists in skin cell turnover. So yes, eating chicken could not only benefit your diet, but also make your skin look great.

2. It helps your body and brain. It’s high in the B vitamin niacin, which may protect against cancer and fight age related cognitive decline.

3. It can pump you up. The vitamin B6 found in chicken may help increase your energy levels.

Just about anyway you prepare chicken, with the exception of frying in oil, is good for you. It’s very fast cooking and easy to fix. Also try to stick with the white meat. It’s much better for you than dark. Has much less fat and none greasy.
